I have a terrible toothache since the weekends. Can not eat/chew, can not even open my mouth wide :cry: With this misfortune, I thought to turn it into something good for me, a chance for no excuse dieting, haha :wink: I haven't been eating since yesterday morning, not much hunger but a lot of pain from my tooth as you could imagine.

I have collected everything on the MC receipt list, however I am not allowed to do this thing at the moment. I am currently under a lot of pressure and need as much energy as possible to be able to work for long long hours. And I can bear no more depressions or feelings of low... If fasting doesn't seem to be the right choice, i decide to go for veggies and fruits, and eat NO fat and starchy food. Absolutely NONE! My plan is for 10 days till 14 July and if I have my tasks done on the 15th, I will treat myself something not very healthy.

It's 2am on 10/07 in UK. My swollen face looks not as bad as in the day time.I still have to take anti-biotic and pain killers to make it comfortable. I've lost 3lb ish in five days. It's not a lot but i already feel the difference. My waist is smaller and my confidence boosted! I want to keep going for another week and see the result of it.

Currently eating: nothing solid,lots of liquid food like home made fruit/veggie smooth, soya milk, soup, occasionally tea/coffee or a cup of cold chocolate. Do not feel hungry.

Tooth better, still difficult to chew
Bfast: vegie blend,like baby food
lunch: small portion of prawn vegitable salad+ apple jucie
dinner: soup, celery and carrot left from morning
weighted 68.10kg 150.1lb

The good news is my toothache's getting better and my face is no longer unbalanced.
The bad news is I started nibbling things I shouldn't be eating due to the stress I am having.
Weighted 68.5kg this morning, not very impressed about it.
I need go back on track and determine to achieve the goal I set in the beginning.
