Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I'm really, really confused about what the best plan of attack is for CFS as far as diet is concerned. For as many people as I find who say "eat raw and you'll have amazing results" I find the same amount of people who say "eat low carb." Even though I've done low carb in the past and it worked well as a weight loss plan, raw just seems so much healthier to me, especially when the point is not just weight loss but to HEAL the body. So, I start raw today with my only exception being that I do plan to eat some cooked protein along the way. I pray for renewed energy and healing and weight loss. As a starting point, I would like to lose 30 pounds by my birthday which is in 6 weeks. I also want to feel better while enjoying the Vols and my son play football this fall- hence the ticker.

Best of luck, redhead! You should invest in a spiralizer. I bought one fairly recently for about $25 and I can make raw "pasta" out of veggies. It's a really cool kitchen gadget!

I'm coming up on Day 5 of my 2nd MC. It's tough- I can't sleep cuz I'm hungry! Can't wait to eat veggies and things like black bean burgers and guacomole and egg whites with salsa and vegggies! Agh!

Yeah! 4 pounds in 2 days!
