Hi friends,

There are various food combinations, which need to be taken to make the candida treatment more effective. Let us look at some candida diet information.

1. Red meat, eggs and dairy products contain protein and these should be taken separately from carbohydrate based foods, as protein based foods take longer to digest

2. In order to prevent allergies, you would need to rotate your foods. You must try and restrict even your favorite foods to just one day a week.

3. Organic food, which is free from pesticides and other chemicals, should be your preferred choice. Always choose fresh organic food.

4. You must cook foods in small quantities, which can be eaten immediately so that you need not store them for longer periods.

5. You must have at least three meals daily and in order to aid the digestion process, you can also have smaller meals at regular intervals. Most experts advise people suffering from candida infection to eat at least five smaller meals as it will not be hard on the digestive system.

6. Your daily menu should include servings of fresh fruits and vegetables. It would be advisable to refrain from heavy foods in any one meal as it will interfere with your digestion process.

7. Raw food need to be included in your daily menu as it will aid digestion. Most foods lose their enzymes when cooked and you would not be able to get the necessary nutrients from it. The healing process is sped up when you have a raw food diet. You would also be able to prevent various allergies due to this.
