Hi, I did the master cleans, but could not do the salt water flush after day five, tried the mild laxative tea with fenugreek tea, I still drank the liter of water in the morning. On day eight, my first hint of success encouraged me to continue and took some epsomsalts that night, that was very successful, and continued until day 12. I found the lemonade quite pleasant to drink, I think it would work well without the salt water flush, it would just take longer. Fenugreek tea is good for the lining of the bowls so I thought it might be good idea to take it. I had no discomfort while the plaque was coming away. What I don't know is ,did it all come away? My tummy feels flat, and I lost 5k. Will I put it all back on as my tummy fills up again? I hope not.

If you go back to your old diet, yes, you will gain back all the weight, and quickly.

Also doing the SWF has other benefits, and is essential to the cleanse. It doesn't mean you have to do it everyday, I don't, but I do it almost everyday, but sometimes I switch as each one has different benefits.

Acronyms I often use:
LA - lemonade drink
BM - bowel movement
SWF - salt water flush
MC - Master Cleanse
MC - menstrual cycle

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have any diseases or are taking medication talk to your doctor.

If you do not have the book, buy it!
