Honestly, I bought the kind that they roll and flake for you :oops:

I keep it in the freezer - due to the fat content of the oatmeal, it can go rancid within a few months with no refrigeration, because it is raw.

I wasn't sure how much I'd like it going into it, so I didn't want to buy a coffee grinder just for it.

However, I like it enough to consider pick up the grinder for the next package I get, they say that a really fine grain can make it even smoother anc creamier - that would be nice!
