yeah you should probably get a blender, they're really awesome for morning and evening fruit and green shakes and for raw soups too. since i'm in college, i bought these two books:
raw food made easy for one or two people by jennifer cornbleet
- this one is really nice, everything is separated out into breakfast lunch and dinner, she lists all the equipment for eat recipe, recommended weekly groceries, kitchen staples and there are some totally awesome recipes
raw foods for busy people by jordan maerin
-this one is pretty short and i got it, like i said, because i'm in college and living in a dorm. what i like about it is that separates things out based on equipment. i also like that he has recipes for marinades which are easy mixes to make for vegetables on the go
if you're looking for more complicated things, just go on amazon and browse a little bit, you'll pretty much get every single book linked on there. there are a lot of wonderful books for raw foods
RAW POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
