There are that when prepared are destroy. When these food are consumed raw it help to give more vitamins in the body than when cooked.

Does anyone have an idea if I can use wheatgrass instead of the herbal laxative tea? I have plenty of wheatgrass and would hate not to be able to use it.

Nice stuff buddy.I used to eat vegetables and fruits most of the time.I used to take lemon juice also.

I wish I had known all of this sooner.
But it's never too late right?!
I've always had interests in raw food and health related stuff and now thanks to you, I got myself a list of more books I didn't know about. I'm really excited again. This will definitely keep me busy for days.
