Deb, Katinsea and Joi you're very welcome and best wishes to you all! I can really share with you that everything that I posted in this thread has changed my life! I feel so great. I still have dips and slips like everyone else, but sustaining myself with raw foods has healed a number of ailments I was grappling with and I've maintained all of the weight I lost on the master cleanse. The most important aspect of all of this is regaining my health above and beyond everything else. I can truly say I'm healthy of mind, body and spirit. Woo hoo!
Deb: I'm so excited for you. You will continue to experience so many wonderful epiphanies eating raw foods. Just pace yourself and enjoy all of the yummy recipes. Most of them are fun and easy to prepare. And they're really good!
Katinsea: I haven't been oil pulling lately, but when I was doing it I noticed signficant changes with my gums and teeth. My gums are pinker, stronger and healthier and my teeth are very white. It also healed a rash I had...you're literally pulling toxins from the entire body. It's pretty amazing. I'm glad it's working for ya. You're inspiring me to pick it up again.
Joi: I felt the same way when I was on those long master cleanses. All of that fresh food looked so scrumptious and it's all my body seemed to want post cleanse. It made it an easier transition for me I believe because I had already gone through all of the detoxification on the master cleanse. I think MCers get a jump start on this...some raw foodists claim that the first few weeks of being raw are very tough because they're also detoxing. I simply found it to be heavenly eating all of that great food. Still do!
Wishing everyone much success. Remember there are no raw food police, lol. Just take your time and do the best you can. Even if you have a green smoothie once a day and are getting more vegetables and fruits in your system, you're doing a world of good for your body.
