I lost 8lb's in 21 days recently and today is week 2 post cleanse...and I've regained maybe 4lb's! I've been eating on raw except on two occasions where I had baked fish and vegetables.
I can feel it all creeping back on....just up another pant size. I can't do anything about it though as I can't do another cleanse for more than two months.
Oh well. I've enjoyed eating raw though. I will always eat at least 80% raw as I enjoy it. But if it doesn't help me with my overall health or weight, then it's obviously not entirely what my body needs!
