i have type 2 which is completely controlled with pills. i also have hypertension/high blood pressure. i'm about to order the book, which as i understand, provides info for diabetics. my question is.... is it better for a diabetic to do the mc or simply switch to a raw foods diet? or both? i have heard that a raw foods diet can actually cure diabetes, although i have not heard it firsthand. and, that the mc won't necessarily cure diabetes. i am also still searching through the archives, hoping to find more info. thanks!
