i read somewhere (shivabliss) that apple soup is good to get your digestion going.

does anyone know the recipe? im getting ready to end this fast so i need this. thanks!

Yup apple soup is great to break the fast with... simply cut and core apples, cut skin off and take seeds out and steam in a steamer basket. Then put into a blender or food processor with a touch of cinammon and a touch of maple syrup or agave and a bit of water... just enough to make a thick soup. not much... a spoon or two...
