You just want to listen to your body. When I did my first cleanse (10 days) I broke it in the morning with unpasturized tangerine and orange Juice then by the end of the first day I had some almond milk and broth.
As long as you take it easy on your system you should be fine. Fresh juices (it does not just have to be OJ) are your best bet the first day post cleanse then soft fruits and salads the second day then eat regular raw by the third day.
FYI: I now only use the raw Agave nectar (instead of Maple syrup) for the cleanse to keep up with my raw diet even when I am cleansing.
