I think you should do some more research on protein needs before you decide to regularly take a protein supplement. Protein exists in many of the foods that should be eaten as part of a healthy diet. Here is a link that provides some specific information on protein amounts in vegan foods:

Raw is usually used in terms of a raw, vegan diet. Which, essentially means uncooked, plant based foods. There is a certain temperature level that is acceptable to warm your food to under this diet, I believe that might be 180 degrees F. There are many web resources specific to a raw diet.
