Starting MC on tomorrow May 26

Hello everyone

I have so many mixed emotions about starting the fast. I am excited and looking forward to going through the process. i am also afraid that I many fail and will not be able to make it through the day. I have cleaned out most of the food in preparation.

I also would like to go vegetarian and eventually raw before. It was challenging for me to maintain a raw diet as the weather turned wet and cold.

I also do bikram and I hope to be able to continue during the fast.

I would love to do a journal. How do you start 1

Just stay focused on the goal and you will be fine.

What is bikram?
