You can go to http://www.tickerfactory.com. Use the "weight loss tracker" link. It gives you tons of choices. If you want it to track your starting weight, current weight and goal weight, just be sure to "WEIGHT" under the 3 choices, weight change, weight, and waist. There will be a link to cut and paste under "bbCode". You would take this and post it under User Control Panel...profile...and signature...I've not figured out how to automatically update it from the link so each time my weight changes I just create a new ticker and post it.
