2 Months Untill Wedding!!!

So this is my first time doing the Master Cleanse...feeling like I want to refresh my system. I have been eating really yucky foods and yo yo dieting. I am getting married in exactly 2 months and want to look and feel my best...... Wish me luck!

Slight headache tonight....

I am not that hungry and I feel SLIM hehehe Not going to lie I wish I could eat something....sipping my lemonade mmmmmmm :roll:

Ok woke up super tired today....and very cranky...do not know what thats all about but on a good note I am down another 2 POUNDS!!!!

Congrats on your progress! Yes, I do find that day four can be tough sometimes but you're almost half way there!! Don't you love the feeling of not being weighed down...light....and think of how fabulous you'll look and feel on your wedding day

Just keep in mind, on your wedding day all eyes will be on the BRIDE. The camera is a cruel mistress but does not lie. You will do this and look fabulous and have the pictures to prove it for years to come.

Crankiness, headaches, joint-aches are all normal during the cleanse. It is quite common to go through some "yucky" periods as the toxins in your body are being eliminated.
Other days, you just feel great!

When I complained about being cranky to my cleanse pro friend, she said it was cleansing all my evil thoughts….. :twisted:
