Hello, I just joined this forum. Looking for support & info to do this master cleanse thing. I've been reading about it for a couple of weeks now & supposedly "started" the cleanse today. So far, since this morning I hate nothing & drank 2 big cups of the lemonade stuff but .......

..... I screwed up.

I'M SO HUNGRY LOL

So I broke down & ate about 15 saltine crackers .....
.... and now I'm drinking orange spice tea

I guess I can't do my sea salt flush tonight then right? Because nothing will happen because I had food in my belly?

Please advise. This is going to be SO DIFFICULT for me to do!!!!

The first 4-5 days are the hardest. You have to be mentally ready to put your foot down and just do it. After that, your digestive system shuts down and you will find you are not hungry anymore.
I only do the salt water flush in the morning, on an empty stomach. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work with food in there because it won't be able to just pass through.
I'd say just start over tomorrow.
