Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

This is my 3rd cleanse, but now my wife is on board. I might have convinced my daughter to join by telling her Beyonce did it. lol
I know the recipe. Just wondering if anyone has added it all up to make a days worth for people on the move working. Or 10 days worth so we don't have to run back to the store a bunch of times and look at all the yummy things.

"squeeze 10 oz of lemon juice and pour that into a empty 1 gallon jug.

measure out 10 oz of maple syrup and pour that in..

I'd say mixing one day's worth of the Master Cleanse recipe in advance is fine, as long as it's all consumed that day. But beyond a day or so the lemonade loses the enzymes that are crucial to the effectiveness of the Master Cleanse. It's the juice of the lemons that matters. Consume that the same day you juice the lemons. Hope that helps!
