Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

Man, my muscles are aching almost everywhere since yesterday. Today is day 4 and ever since last night my muscles have ached and I have been restless. Is that common? The headaches, occasional nausea I had in the past when doing this cleanse. But don't remember the aching.

Sorry to hear of the achiness. That's fairly common as toxins are released. But to ensure you're not unknowingly making it worse than it needs to be, make sure you're drinking plenty of lemonade and/or water throughout the day and are using the salt water flushes successfully every day to keep toxins moving out.
