Doing fine. For some reason I've been thinking of bread - croissant, pizza dough, bagel. Day 4 craving for it was strong but it seem to have suppressed. Its one of the things I will definitely have on my next break. I haven't gotten to that euphoria moment yet. It may not even come in this session. We will see. Moving ahead.

Great job! Im on day 3 and not enjoying this at all... I did better last year. I dont know whats different but this go around my craving for food is killing me. Still havent cheated though. Hang in there!

My weight loss is none/existent at this point, I may just wrap this session up today and take a short break. I'm also very lethargic and not been feeling too good. I will see how things go today.

So I power-thru Day 9 to finally come to Day 10. I only had 1 lemon drink yesterday. Right now, I have a nasty tasting mouth with zero appetite. I don't mind it- but it's just being lethargic and weak I can't stand. It takes me an hour to do things I usually can do in 15 mins. Anyway, I may stop today or power-thru another day depending on how I feel. But I'm so happy to reach this day. The last few days were not easy.

3RD DRILL: DAY 1

I'm back and fairly happy to. Not fully detoxed yet as I still have cravings but a lot of my food habits are gone - not just all. I doubt I will be able to do full cleanses. I think 2 short sessions will do it. Just taking it day by day and listening to my body.
