This is my last stand. Once I reach 169, I have reached my goal. I already think I am stretching my body beyond its limit being in 170+. I just want this over with. I am sick of it.

3RD: DAY 7

WEIGHT - 172.0

Loss - -1.2

One more day - I dont think I can go on after tomorrow. I'm sick of it and I honestly feel fully detoxed. I will use going to gym to enter the 160s but not that important. I already feel really slender.

3RD: DAY 8

WEIGHT - 171.0

Loss - -1.0


I ended it today. Thank goodness! I'm happy, considering I was 216 just this past summer. Do I think I can lose a bit more- maybe. But I think the best thing to do right now is try and maintain this loss with exercise and eating well. Then if I want to do just one more session, I will come back. But for now, I'm just sick of lemons. Let me at least get into a normal eating and gym routine, maybe I can even lose the rest without coming back. But I'm good for now. Good luck to everybody.

I am back! Okay, so I was able to maintain 175 pounds. Now that summer is around the corner, I want to be 165 pounds. I said previously my initial goal was 165-169 but I just want to lose 10 pounds this time around for one more 10 day cleanse. I succeed whenever I come here so here I am for ONE LAST TIME.


I started today. Already ate a big meal this morning which is just the way I start.
