I am back at it trying to get to that 1st goal weight. If at first you don't succeed dust yourself off and try again. That'a my motto. #Let'sgo!!!

Good morning Newme, I too am attempting to complete the Cleanse for at least 10 days. I like your moto. I also found this one..."If you're tired of starting over, STOP GIVING UP!" We can do this. Here's to a happy and productive Cleanse.

Thank you Josiebear. I appreciate the response. Yes I want to keep going till I reach my goal. Although I have been successful everytime in loosing weight I would like to reach my goal weight. Happy Cleansing to you as well.

Well the 4th of July just totally set me back. I thought I could resist all the food my husband and I cooked but I didn't. So here I am again starting over but with more weight to loose. Well I am still believing and pushing cause I know I can do it.
