Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I am doing a modified version. I will just take spicy lemonade and nothing else. For sweeteners I will take both maple syrup and blackstrap molasses. I never succeeded in doing this before. I am aiming at 10 days. Wish me success, ladies.

I have 10 t0 15 pounds to lose to reach my ideal weight.

The small weight loss is a little disappointing. But, well, the weight is moving downward. So it is OK. The past two days were easy. I like the lemonade so far.

Push through the numbers! You can do this! Good luck and keep going!

I did not expect the weight loss. Now I am hopeful that this Cleanse will indeed help me go back to my college weight.

This has been an easy Cleanse. I drink whenever I feel like to. And I like the lemonade. I have felt little temptation to eat solid foods. I never expected my lemonade cleanse to be so smooth-sailing.

I have no detox symptoms. I do hope the Cleanse is still getting rid of some toxins.

Even though I don't use SWF and laxative tea, I have no problem with elimination at all. That made me wonder. So I did some research and found that blackstrap molasses is laxative. I take in more than 8 ounces of blackstrap molasses per day. So those of you who don't appreciate SWF and laxative tea may consider replacing half of your maple syrup with blackstrap molasses. I also think blackstrap molasses is more nutritious than maple syrup.
