Thanks Coolrain! You motivate me! All the love and support from this forum keeps me going when days get tough! 200 lbs, hopefully tomorrow I will be in the 100s! Oh yeah, she's loving it! Felt kind of drained yesterday day. Drank about 4.5 cups of LM, pushing through though. Blood sugar was 101 last night when I checked, so happy about that. Blood pressure 117/79 this morning! So happy about that. Another reason why I had to make changes was because I was pre-hypertension. My blood pressure was creeping up and several times when I was taking diet pills at a weight loss doctor I had to stop talking my diet pills because my BP was too high. Even at my PHP my blood pressure was creeping up, the nurse had to check it twice and gave the doctor the better number. I'm so proud of myself! MC does make you know stop and think what are you going to put in your body once you can eat. My post MC goal is to start eating whole grains, no refined sugar, no more candy bars (I love candy bars) regular chips, etc. I used to eat like I was a teenager. McDonalds, Caines Chicken, Papa Johns Pizza, Soda, Chips, etc. I was not eating like a "grown adult". I now have to grow up and spend the rest of my life eating better. Being able to have those guilty pleasures once very 3 months or so. Time for me to start eating my vegetables, lol! I'm 39 years old was still eating at McDonalds 3 times a week for lunch. Double Cheeseburger, small fries and a coke was my go to. No more! MC has taught me that I can live! I will survive and be healthy! I will beat diabetes! I will beat Hypertension! I will live!

It sounds to me that you are an upbeat gal. I imagine your friends consider you a cheerful easy-going person. Am I right? Keep going strong.

Day 26

I'm in the 100s and never going back up again. It saddens me to say that I decided to break my Cleanse today. My body has been feeling a little different and my heart still feels weird at times. My energy was getting low so best to be safer than have regrets later. I'm so proud of myself for getting this far as a rookie. Thanks all for all your support!

26 days! Congrats.
Now it is time to eat healthy and maintain your gain. Are you going to journal your after-cleanse experience?

Do you feel your weight loss is all toxins and fat? Or some of it is muscle loss?

Definitely fat and water. My stomach, thighs, legs, feet, face, and hands have all slimmed down. I can totally see a huge difference than before. I will surely document my transition and progress moving forward for a little while! Happy Cleansing!

Enjoy your happiness after accomplishing this long cleanse. :D

So you don't think such a long lemonade fast might result in some damage to the body since the diet contains neither fat nor protein?
