Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I've had the lemonade today but I cheated with some soup.

I am doing the cleanse up until 7/25 so that I can do my ease out before departing for Greece on 7/28.

I have done the cleanse before with great results, but I only lasted 7 days. I have way more motivation now since I have such a short window to get it done.

Day 1:

SW: 153 (I'm praying this is bloat from my period and binge drinking. I was 7 lbs lighter a few weeks ago...but anyway).
GW: 140 (will readjust depending on where I am tomorrow. I really want to get to 135 but I don't think that is possible in 16 days including ease out)

I had the lemonade at 7:30 a.m. I followed with hot green tea which may be a no-no but warm liquids fill me up. I'm doing this cleanse mainly for weight loss so I won't stick to it religiously as far as the green tea and sparkling water.

It's almost noon but I'm holding off on the second lemonade until 2pm. Drinking a lot of water in between.

SWF will be done tomorrow

Day 1: 151.8

Down 1.2 lbs

I cheated yesterday with soup but my total calories for the day were still under 700. I only had 2 bottles of the lemonade.

I did the SWF this morning. Blah! I read a tip to put all the mix into a 16 ounce bottle and chase with the 16 ounces of fresh water. That definitely helped and I was able to chug it in about 6 minutes. I wasn't impressed by my eliminations so I will probably not do the flush religiously. I'll do it every few days and take my laxative tea and senna pills daily.

It's almost noon and I haven't had any lemonade yet. My appetite is just beginning to creep up. I had a can of sparkling water which is probably a no-no but I was craving it after the salt.

My goal is to drink a lot of water and lemonade today so that I can maximize the water weight loss.

Day 2: Weighed in at 151.2

I’m surprised it wasn’t more because I chugged so much lemon water (no syrup) last night and I was going to that bathroom like crazy. I’m going to cut off fluids so late at night because I could be holding on to water weight. But my stomach is noticeably flatter this morning.

No SWF today. I’ll hold off until Monday before I torture myself.

The headaches are starting.

Day 3: 149.2...Down 2 more lbs and feeling super motivated.

I had a major urge to exercise (on an empty stomach!!) so I did 45 mins of HIIT which is great for appetite suppression. I sweat a lot during my workout so I hope that shows on the scale tomorrow. I’m sticking to strictly lemon water until I get really hungry and then I’ll have the lemonade.

Day 4: 147.4!!

Down 5.6lbs.

Back up to 149 due to bad decisions yesterday. Back on track today.

Back on the wagon and down .6 lbs weighing in at 148.6. Very low hunger yesterday. I have a work conference today but I feel confident that I can resist temptation. I really want to see a 2 lb loss tomorrow so I am chugging along.

Hi Roadie!! Way to get back on track. At this stage of the cleanse, it's so easy to throw in the towel. You are soooo close!! Birdy

147.2...Didn’t meet my 2 lb goal but I’ll take almost 1.5 lb down from ysterday. Almost 6 lbs down so far. I’m really pushing myself to get to 140 by next Friday.

147...Only down .2 lbs-don’t know what happened but I’m not discouraged!
