yup. just a little bit. I think i remember reading something in the book about this. not a big deal.

I've actually noticed that in the last few days there have been no discharge. Not even the regular stuff. Nothing. Very strange.

I also have experienced much much less than normal. I was concerned about this as I have read that the suger in the syrup can "feed" Candida. I am certainly not complaining!!! For those of you who are experiencing more than normal discharge I am guessing after the cleanse when you start taking your probiotics...this should clear up. Make sure that you get a good probiotic! Good luck to all...I am on day seven and it just seems to get easier and easier!!

I'm on day 7 as well Heather and it's great to hear that someone else has experience this wonderful cleansing effect. I'm guessing that my body was producing too much mucous in that area as well. It does make sense. I always thought that it was just "normal" as it didn't have a smell and I had no infection. But this is MUCH nicer. I hope it stays this way after the program. How long are you doing Heather?

I am on day 2 and I have noticed the last several times that I've been to the bathroom that the normal discharge that I've had ever since I was a teenager is gone! Does anyone know if it stays this way or if it comes back?

Hello! I am on day 6 of the cleanse and loving it. So far I had experienced a lot less discharge than usual but this morning after my first elimination I was somewhat alarmed to see something white in the toilet bowl afterward! (sorry, gross!) I checked and sure enough I had a lot more vc than usual. It did not resemble yeast discharge though. Like you said, I think it may clear up with probiotics. I haven't experienced it as the day has progressed. Has anyone else experienced this?
