This will be my 3rd cleanse: #1 - 11 days, #2 - 3 days, #3 - Targeting 10 days.
I feel the need to cleanse my body and my sould from months of abuse due to holidays and bad eating/drinking. I feel sluggish, unmotivated, my skin is sallow, my hair is dry and brittle, my allergies are horrible!
This cleans will hopefully rejuvinate my body, my cells, my organs, and my soul.
Day #1: Weight 132
I didn't do much "clean" eating last night - infact had all my favs pizza and ice cream
. I did have my T last night but did not do the SWF. Will do that morning of Day2.
It is 1:00 and i am REALLY hungry. I remember my first cleanse the first 3 days were the hardest. Luckily this time my sinuses are acting up and i can't smell all the yummy lunches my coworkers are microwaving. If i can get to 5:00 i think i will be doing OK.
I didn't drink much add'l water during my previous cleanses but my goal is to drink the 60 oz LA + 64 OZ+ water as well. HOpefully that will get me perfectly hydrated and improve skin and hair.
