Hello Amaratima, I wish you luck on your cleanse. Today is my 11th day. I have found that if you take it in increments, you will have a better chance to succeed. Starting out with a 30 day goal is overwhelming (at least for me). Listen to your body and take it day by day and don't put so much stress on yourself. I know how you feel about negativity. While my family supports what I am doing, there are a lot of nay sayers who what to sabatoge your goal. This is a good forum to get support. Stay positive.

I think your plan for thirty days is a great goal, and try and just be open. If your mind says you can, then you can. Then take it one day at a time. Stay in the moment, stay in this day, and do not waiver from your goal. Be prepared, never leave home without your drink with you. You'll be fine, and the first week or two, try to stay away from places where food is being served. Best to outsmart your hunger, by staying away instead of trying to be strong in vulnerable situations. I have caved on a fast facing a buffet table many times... so try not to go there.

Congratulations on your upcoming marraige. If you really want to lose wieght, try giving up sugar and all fast foods, and soda pop. This will absolutely make all the difference. I have been fasting for years, and the fasts have helped wieght loss no question, but the thing that got me really skinny, was a life style change after the fast. NO SUGAR. Get off white rice, bread, potatoes, and all sweets. This will give you the result you pray for.

I have used Dr. Schulz products for many years now. I have done his 30 day cleanse, minus the cold sheets therapy and bath thing. I have done them for shorter periods of time too. I try and do the colon cleanse with every change of season. I do find his products to be of good quality. His Super food is great. You can put it in the blender with fresh fruit and juice and make a smoothie. I like him because he doesn't sugar coat anything. He tells you like it is and lets you know that it is your responsibility to take your own health seriously. Get off your a-- and start healing!!!! You Gotta love it.
