Hi family of cleansers:
I said "I'll BE BACK". I am back! I am into day 5 on the cleanse. Everything is thinning out for me (my face, arms, legs, BODY of course) and its just great. I have managed to get back into a size 8. I have not worn an 8 since before my middle child (age 14 now). I want to chew something but I am not craving food. I must be getting really used to all the temptations because even the TV commercials don't bother me anymore.
I am supposed to be going to a couple of parties this weekend and ooh wee, its going to be hard because these particular parties always has lots of food. But I will remain strong as I did for my cousin's birthday party a couple weeks ago at the Sheraton. BTW, I got my cousin (the baseball player) to do the cleanse. I will be checking with him this weekend to see if he continued. He said it was going great for him but he was not comfortable with not having any food because he is in training right now. I told him to speak with his trainer, physician and of course read the book. He's just worried that his type of training will need food and supplements.
He said that when he is not training any longer he will do this diet for himself but right now since he is pro it requires a certain type of diet. I would not want the MC to be the reason for his team not making it to the Series.
My husband is also doing the cleanse with me. We both find it difficult to drink all of our day's worth. What we have started doing is putting the LA in our tea before we go to bed - makes it taste better.
Aunt Tilli came for a visit today, I was not expecting her (ladies you know what I mean). It has been pleasant though. No pains or discomforts as I usually get. This happened one other time for me during the cleanse and I wrote about the same disbelief of not having any pains. Usually I am loading my body with 800mg of Motrin every 3.5 hours. At least I am giving my liver a break.
So, I plan to go until December 14 but like everyone, will take it one day at a time.
Bye Blunun
