Master Cleanse Forum - Master Cleanser Lemonade Diet

I just discovered this cleanse and have been researching to learn more about it. Made my first serving tonight and fell in love immediately. Tastes AWESOME !!! I can feel the slight burn of the cayenne in my throat and hope I don't have any heartburn-like side effects, but so far so good. I only made one serving to see if I could tolerate it and fell in love immediately. Bought some organic grade B maple syrup today from the health food store, but will be looking into ordering it online in the future to save money. Could drink that stuff by the GALLON - it tasted SO GOOD !!!

My question is this - Why Maple Syrup specifically? I'm only curious because I am a big believer/user of Organic Raw Honey and wondered why it couldn't be used as well or instead of the MS? Just a curious question.

I quite confuse as well.. But I can't find many of the ingredients here over at Singapore. Cayenne pepper is missing, can't find grade b maple syrup as well. salt water flush and laxative I'm still trying to find as well. Any idea on how do i get the ingredients?

Try MaplevalleySyrup.com, they do international shipping, and they have complete master cleanse kits, although I wouldn't recommend using any kind of powdered or premade lemonade. They have everything else though, including the teas.
I did it for 10 days over the summer and it was amazing. I'm about to go again, feels like the right time, and anyway I've had a few terrible toothaches that I'm hoping will clear up afterwards.
