JUST WONDERING I HEARD LEMONS EAT AWAY TOOTH ENAMAL. IS THIS TRUE?

I also read something like this. I think the problem with lemons is that they are full with acidity. If you drink lemon juice or simply bite into a lemon then you will recognize that the surface of the teeth is a bit rough. I googled this problem and the only advice I found was that you should not brush the teeth right after consuming lemons because then you will definitely ruin your enamel.

That goes for any citrus fruits, Oranges, Grapefruits, etc.

You can use a straw if you want, that may help.

Yeah that may help also, but make sure you are drinking more lemmonaid than water throughout the day, drinking water after the drink will cut down a little on the acidity, I sometimes swish water around in my mouth after each drink also.

I drink all my lemonades through a straw now.

I noticed a big difference in the sensitivity of my teeth when I did my first cleanse and didn't use a straw.

yeah, that's a good point. my teeth feel manky. i'm not sure if it's the lemon or the syrup though?

You can use sip of some lemon confound water and use it in occasion. but do not over do it. Lemon juice have a high acid contain that is why it is use as a tooth enamel.
