I have a terrible toothache since the weekends. Can not eat/chew, can not even open my mouth wide With this misfortune, I thought to turn it into something good for me, a chance for no excuse dieting, haha I haven't been eating since yesterday morning, not much hunger but a lot of pain from my tooth as you could imagine.
I have collected everything on the MC receipt list, however I am not allowed to do this thing at the moment. I am currently under a lot of pressure and need as much energy as possible to be able to work for long long hours. And I can bear no more depressions or feelings of low... If fasting doesn't seem to be the right choice, i decide to go for veggies and fruits, and eat NO fat and starchy food. Absolutely NONE! My plan is for 10 days till 14 July and if I have my tasks done on the 15th, I will treat myself something not very healthy.
