I usually make salad
i use some vegetables in salad and also apple

my typical salad:
(all organic)

baby spinach
roma tomatoes
red onion
carrots
walnuts or hemp seeds
hemp oil dressing (home made)
alfalfa or mung bean sprouts
craisins

i like a "busy salad". lol
