i could not find senna tea at the grocery store! i was planning on using epsom salt both at night & in the morning... i know this says not to replace the morning flush with the senna tea, but is it okay to replace the evening senna tea with epsom salt since it's stronger? =/

I am diabetic and have adrenal fatigue. For me it is necessary to add some amino acids and taurine and a little marine phytoplanktan drops. I cannot do the fast without a little extra energy, otherwise I am too depleted. I wish it weren't so ....

Hi,

I'm new, well may as well be new. The last time Ive done MC was about 9 yrs ago. Well my question is can I do SWF in the evenings instead of morning? I am very uncomfortable having the results of the flush taking place at or in between arriving to work.
