If you google raw food recipes on the net, there are alot. As far as taste and comfort go, its a gradual process, your taste buds change. Just going from vegetarian, then vegan, then to raw vegan is a process also. I try to eat about 80%/raw to about 20%cooked vegan, eating raw salads with the cooked beans, legumes, rice, veggies. One of the big changes I've made is cutting out salt. I enjoy the real flavors of foods more now. Salt triggers more eating too, so it's good all the way around to cut it out. You could start raw foods at lower percentages and work upwards from there too. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth.
