Start with the coconut-sesame milk, but keep it medium thick by using less than the customary water. Add the following:

5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon powdered mustard
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon sweet basil
Salt to taste

also.. ive been looking for the coconut sesame milk but i cant find it.. can i just use coconut milk?

sesame milk

1 cup unhulled sesame seeds, soaked over night, then drain.
Blend:

seeds

handful of cashews (for creaminess)
agave or date (optional)

pinch of salt

2-3 cups of water (pour in water a little at a time until you get the consistency you want

I found that recipe on the internet but personally while i was a raw chef I would use this one for mayo and customers LOVED it

1 cup cashews (soaked for 6 hours and drained)
salt To taste

2 tbl tahini (optional, i have used just cashews in a pinch and it was delicious)
3 halfs of soaked sundried tomatoes (optional but nice seasoning)
pinch cayenne
1 to 1 and a half cup water
2 leaves basil or dried (optional but nice)
In a blender pulse the cashews, and all ingredients with 1/2 water reserving the other amount. As the mayo is blending add the rest of the water until you get the consistency you want.
